With over 7 years of functional nutrition research combined with self-experimentation quality of life has only improved for us and those in our community. Our Journey.
The first garden was inspired by family and friends. Their backyards yielded food I never knew could taste so good. Foods I never cared for were so delicious my body craved them. My life was forever changed, and my eyes open wide searching for what else I had been missing. Starting with a 400 sqft plot, some 10-gallon pots, and homemade planters seeds were sown. In a few months I was blessed with more food than I could handle. My next goal was to share the fruits of my labor.
